Operator Guidelines
•    There will be one Wastewater Operator of the Year and one Water Operator of the Year chosen by the Ohio Rural Water Association Awards Committee.
•    Nominated operators must be an Ohio EPA Certified Licensed Operator and work at a system that is a member of the Ohio Rural Water Association.
•    Nominee  may not self-nominate.
•    Winners will be awarded and given special recognition at the 2023 Ohio Rural Water Association Fall Expo in Wilmington, Ohio on October 16-18, 2023.

Public Servant of the Year Guidelines
•    There will be one award for Distinguished Public Servant of The Year
•    Distinguished Public Servant of The Year will be chosen by the Ohio Rural water Association Awards Committee
•    The nominee must be connected to a system that is a member of the Ohio Rural Water Association
•    Nominee may not self-nominate
•    Winners will be awarded and given special recognition at the 2023 Ohio Rural Water Association Fall Expo in Wilmington, Ohio on October 16-18, 2023.

Your nominee should have accomplished one or more of the following:

• Went above and beyond their assigned duties.
• Gave special support to a coworker.
• Provided special assistance to another system.
• Contributed to his/her greater community.
• Developed a distinctive or innovative product/process/service.
• Performed in an exemplary manner with safety and/or training.
