Operator Guidelines
•    There will be one Wastewater Operator of the Year and one Water Operator of the Year chosen by the Ohio Rural Water Association Awards Committee.
•    Nominated operators must be an Ohio EPA Certified Licensed Operator and work at a system that is a member of the Ohio Rural Water Association.
•    Nominee  may not self-nominate.
•    The chosen nominee will be awarded and given special recognition at the 2024 Ohio Rural Water Association Fall Expo in Wilmington, Ohio on October 8th during lunch.

Public Servant of the Year Guidelines
•    There will be one award for Public Servant of The Year.
•    Public Servant of the Year will be chosen by the Ohio Rural water Association Awards Committee.
•    The nominee must be connected to a system that is a member of the Ohio Rural Water Association.
•    Nominee may not self-nominate.
•    The chosen nominee will be awarded and given special recognition at the 2024 Ohio Rural Water Association Fall Expo in Wilmington, Ohio on October 8th during lunch.

Your nominee should have accomplished one or more of the following:

• Went above and beyond their assigned duties.
  
• Gave special support to a coworker.
• Provided special assistance to another system.
• Contributed to his/her greater community.
• Developed a distinctive or innovative product/process/service.
• Performed in an exemplary manner with safety and/or training.
