Ohio Rural Water Association's Board Member and immediate past President, Dustin Parker, testified on behalf of O.R.W.A. members across the state in support of House Bill 221. H.B. 221 would allow lateral improvement projects to be eligible for funding by the Ohio Public Works Commission.
