ORWA Committees
ORWA's Board of Directors have established the following committees to support ORWA's membership and management.

Executive Committee
Chairman: Tony Howard
Work with the Executive Director to oversee all operations of Ohio Rural Water Association to make sure the Board of Directors is supporting the Association in fulfilling its Mission Statement.
Finance Committee
Chairman: Scott Kirk
Work with the Executive Director to assist the Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities with respect to reviewing and monitoring spending policy for the ORWA consistent with the ORWA’s long term goals; and reviewing and monitoring the ORWA’s budget, including program and management appropriations and capital spending.
Legislative Committee
Chairman: Tony Howard
Provide legislative advocacy on behalf of the rural water and wastewater industry in Ohio on a State and Federal level.
Conference Committee
Chairman: Mark Bennett
Provide Ohio Rural Water Association Members and Associates the opportunity to network, socialize and share ideas with colleagues; enrich their knowledge on current topics through industry experts and professionals; and enjoy the experience with fun entertainers and experiences.
Affinity+ Program Committee
Chairman: Tony Howard
Promote reliable and proven industry specific services to member rural water and waste water treatment systems. The Affinity+ Program’s mission is to advocate on behalf of businesses and service providers that will benefit utility operations. The careful selection of partners and our commitment to Affinity+ Program users will highlight our dedication to making Ohio rural water utilities successful.

Chairman: Ed Robinette
Provide Ohio’s rural water and wastewater operators with quality training opportunities and help bring in additional revenue for ORWA.
Quarterly Meetings Committee
Chairman: Mike Pope
Provide educational networking opportunities for ORWA members in geographically accessible locations.
