The Ohio Rural Water Association is proud to bring quality training to Ohio's water and wastewater professionals. Our focus is on providing classroom and hands-on training to increase effectiveness in a variety of processes.
ORWA has added building space to its home office in Zanesville to allow for training, meetings, and other events that focus on the needs of the rural water/wastewater professional. Our organization also schedules training throughout the state of Ohio to provide every region with an opportunity to access classes without a prohibitive amount of travel time.
Past classes and trainings have covered:
utility management
chemical feed and disinfection processes
activated sludge management
certification exam review
well installation and selection
tank and tower maintenance
hydrant operations and maintenance
And much more.
The majority of our training is approved for Ohio EPA CEUs (continuing education units) in either water, wastewater, or both. All credit hours earned in ORWA classes will be made accessible on the ORWA website as an OhioEPA auditable transcript.

MEMBER / NON MEMBER PRICING: To offer our members a decent perk for their continued support we provide Member/ Non Member pricing for all classes held through our Fee Based Training Program.
REFUND POLICY: As of April 1st, 2022 we are rolling out a new Refund / Cancellation Policy it will be the responsibility of the attendee or representing entity to cancel at least 7 business days in advance for a full refund. From 7 business days to 24 hours prior to the event there will be a $25 dollar cancellation fee. Anything from 24 hour prior to the start of the event there will be no refunds issued.
