Also known as Active Members, they are the only voting class of member; and consist of public, non-profit or for profit water supply and waste water treatment systems. Districts, corporations, or companies; and all villages and municipalities.

A person who is affiliated with a system or associate member, retired operators; or any person who is employed by a governmental entity.

A person, partnership or corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing or selling services and/or equipment to water and waste water systems; attorneys, engineers, surveyors, planners, and lending institutions engaged in the business of supporting water or waste water systems.

*Free Technical Assistance is only available to non-profit corporations and public entities serving populations under 10,000 such as municipalities, counties, and special purpose districts and authorities; unless specifically requested by USDA or EPA, and is subject to ORWA Staff availability.*
